Has some experience in aspects of residential and/or commercial construction.
Has experience with framing, finishing, flooring, trim and millwork
Has a general understanding of plumbing and electrical work.
Able to take direction and eager to learn.
Always operates in a clean and safe manner and follows job site safety rules and regulations.
Has experience and is comfortable operating hand/power tools.
Willingness to work as a team and share skills and techniques with a positive attitude.
Understanding punctuality is an absolute responsibility.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Is physically capable of heavy lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time.
Is able to adapt to various work environments e.g working outdoors, at heights, and inclement weather.
Will always maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, suppliers, fellow trades, and clients.
Holds G Class License and has an insured vehicle.
Ensuring a safe, progressive, organized, and clean work site.
Must be able to work legally in Canada.

Certifications:

WHIMS Training
Working at heights certification
CPR/First Aid certification
Aerial Lift certification
*Certifications are considered an asset but are not required.

The successful candidate must be able to provide a current vulnerable sectors check as well as a minimum of 2 references.
